I am looking for a Mono-block for Methode Champenoise. It will have a neck-chiller, disgorger and doseur. Automatic of course. Thus far I am only aware of AWS. I would be pleased for any other referrals. Mahalo.

David, Collopack represents Champagel, Perrier, Bertolaso, Robino & Gallandrino and others. I'm not sure who is representing the remnants of Grillat Jerger and Vallentin but there is someone still making smaller sized equipment in France. Salud!
