2007 Williams Selyem Pinot Noir Central Coast (Central Coast, CA)
Opened and decanted for about 30 minutes prior to dinner this past Friday night.
Murky, crimson color. Nose showed ripe cherries and pungent cola. Round, full texture in the mouth from front to back of the palate that is buttressed by bright acidity. Simply put, this showed fairly well, but is still very tight and needs a lot more time to settle down.
