Re: Walter Scott 2017 release live

Also, the shipping to the Midwest is on par with most Oregon wines.
These wines are well worth the tariff.
Buy by the case . Sitting here and enjoying the La Vombe Verte, which has really open up..
I may have to order another case.

Re: Walter Scott 2017 release live

Fantastic wines, have been following Andy’s wines since the 2012 vintage. The current wines are great qprs. I’m in for a mixed case. FYI the 2015 La Combe Verte ,which I am currently drinking and last nights Cuvée Ruth are wonderful. Cheers and congratulations to Walter Scott for winery of the year ...

Calistoga Ranch or Auberge Du Soleil

Scott, I have stayed at both. One time at the Ranch and several at Auberge.

Auberge gets my vote. The property is wonderful, great location and wonderful

deck for lunch. C. Ranch is more secluded and further up the valley. Both are very expensive . pick your poison.

13.7% alcohol. Bright medium ruby red. Red fruit and floral aromas. On the palate, cherry, raspberry with some asian spice overtones. Lively on the palate -well delineated with nice focus. Lingering aftertaste. Navarro sells this one for under $20. Another fine appellation Pinot value from Californ...
