I was always under the understanding that with the riesling 'sweetness' scale, 'dry' means that the combination of RS and total acidity bring it down to a specific level, NOT just the aggregate RS level. Looks like 2007 Au Bon Climat Bein Nacido Pinot. I got these at an unbelievable sale at the height of the last financial meltdown, there’s a cellar tracker note that starts out ‘thank you shit economy’ guess they got in on the same deal.
