Too small, they make it seem huge but for that $$ the whole oven is only 24 inches wide?

While I've not been charged before I can’t remember asking and being told corkage is $0. I have only in rare occasion called ahead of time and been told corkage is not allowed...

I used wine racks America for a 2k bottle cellar and was very happy with the design, service (a rack got 'lost' in transit, and quantity for the price. Be warned, putting it all together is no small task.

What are you guys doing with your custom chunks of meat (107/109 and primal) from BD? I got a 109 and am on the fence, probably 30-35 days as I'm not a huge fan of extended aging. No idea on my cuts yet. What are you guys doing?

109 ordered (not a huge fan of ultra extended aging so it seemed this one made more sense), along with some waygu, short ribs, Jorges and hangers... I should be set for the year....
