I think production in 19 was less than 18 which explains the smaller allocations. Took all I was offered and wishlisted some Elysian.

2019 Napa Vintage?

Got my first 2019 Napa save the date this morning (thanks Leah!) and was wondering if there are any early reviews of the 19s. The 18s were heralded from the get go but the 19s seem to be a lot quieter. Anyone with some insight?

I like it; it's the most expensive wine I buy/bought . It's around $150 with pricey shipping. If it wasn't Tom Seaver's wine I wouldn't buy it .

I put 4 of the 3 packs in my cart and shipping was $150+ to Atlanta for the cheapest option. Made me rethink. Illogical I know considering the wines are all over $120 per, but hey. Today I received 6 bottles similar to the tasting note pic- Heavy glass. 2016, Santa Maria Valley, Bien Nacido Hillside Estate. Back says cellared and bottled by Qupe Wine Cellars. It is a solid wine for the price. nothing more nothing less. It’s merely a solid wine for $8.25 a bottle? Yikes.
