Received the mailer. Heard it's a second wine coming from Promontory's younger vines. First vintage was in 2012, but unreleased. Price point at $325, I believe.

What were the scores? Letter hasn’t made its way here yet.
The Grenache was (96-99), and the Syrah was (95-97+). I don't think the White was rated.

Kinda surprised that JD didn’t give any 100s this year for the lineup, but nonetheless, I’m sure these wines are going to be amazing. Can’t wait for the full release later this month.

Just went to Water Grill earlier today for some groceries and it was really awesome. They post a menu for their meats on their website/Instagram, and in addition to that they have VERY reasonably priced produce, semi-prepared foods (bbq shrimp, bread pudding, etc.), and alcohol/cocktails! The few barrel samples I tasted last year were top notch. I am in for a Dr. Crane and a Mag 7 but still debating on whether to add another Dr. Crane or add a To Kalon to the order.
