And I got the replacement for a broken Liberte less than 48 hours after reporting it to Chris -- so kudos for that.

I strongly recommend the day trip to Sedona. Merry and I went with the kids 15ish years ago -- then we went back last year for our 30th anniversary. The town is not much -- but the red rock canyons -- and your close access to them, and their reasonable scale -- is stunning.

When I moved from Montclair to North Caldwell, I was cellarless for 6-8 months (until we built a cellar in the new house). After some research, I used Domaine Storage in Edison and was very happy with the results.

I have had Moric and Prieler with age and enjoyed them both. I sell in NJ (wholesale) the wines of Muhr-Van Der Niepoort (ex-wife of Dirk Niepoort) and I think they are good for the price (~$20 retail at the low end), but of course, I have a vested interest in liking them.

I did a 5+ pound 2-rib roast on the rotisserie for Christmas. Partly because of this thread, I did low first and then turned on the IR and seared at the end (I usually do the opposite). I think it worked better this way. Less well-done on the outside slices and great crust.
