Alinea is great. I didn't have the wine pairing when i went. I have done the wine pairing at Next (same owners) and it was completely dreadful!

I had no plans to go, but I personally didn't think it was sarcastic - I read it as he dealt with whoever comes in at six and that would be your best bet! I agree with Charlie - emoticons are your friend.

This my issue I can give a guy a break, especially when learning the ropes etc, but the fact that he is, to this day, still not replying to emails (that he said to send) and calls blows my mind.
