We've been making this recipe frequently on Fri nights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JESaD6tqXiQ&list=PLb7BLjesZlNlWAqgRmVz9b6-j_Ik0FEv7&index=101 Very easy and delicious. Never actually made it with the fennel but the toppings are pretty flexible. It has contributed significantly to my q...

I've been purchasing all summer from them. Had the 13 Renaissance this week. Wonderful pinot in its prime drinking window. A recent 2010 Syrah was also excellent. I purchased the 12 and the St Andelain SB from the recent offer. You can find the wines listed on their website here https://store.solis...

I had the '15 Foillard Cuvee Corcelette last and lots of similarity to Michael's note. Purity of fruit. Depth. Silky texture. Balanced. A beautiful wine.

Thanks for the note on the Woodenhead. I've been a fan of these wines for a while and feel like they have a distinctive and consistent flavor profile that i enjoy. And they really age nicely. Very little chatter about them here and surprisingly few notes in CT.

I've been trying to work my way through my '14s and "work" has been an accurate description in most cases. But tonight I actually hit on a solid Les Argile. Not a great wine but definitely not premoxed either.

I think this wine would be right up your alley - Cantine Gulino Sicilia Pretiosa Albanello. It isn't from Etna specifically but it is white and it is from Sicily and it has that salinity and stoniness you note in the Terra Costantino.
