Truchard doesn't have dramatic high elevation views, but they're on a beautiful site with rolling hills that they'll take you on a walk of if the weather is appropriate. Their wines are also priced quite attractively and Truchard sells most of their fruit to prestigious wineries in the valley. Last ...

I agree with most on here regarding restaurants having their right to whatever policy they desire, but should have that policy clear for at the very least, the staff. As for restaurants worried about losing money. I disagree. By having a corkage policy, they are making a near pure profit (not count...

Microwaves have no place in the modern kitchen. Completely agree. For health AND flavor/texture. Explain I'd imagine he's inferring that microwaves encourage unhealthy eating options (preservatives, sodium, artificial flavors)...but there is that pesky issue of using radiation to cook your food.

Even used Bourbon barrels aren't cheap, which makes it hard to figure out how they sell this for $20-$25. The label says it's aged for three months in barrel, which is probably enough to pick up the Bourbon flavor. That allows them to rotate more wine through the barrels over the course of a year. ...
