Five words to describe a wine you would like.

A few days ago, I had dinner with a friend, and he was telling me about an exercise he had to do when learning about wine. He had to describe a wine he would probably like using only five words. Interestingly he also mentioned that the words had changed, and he originally had full bodied and ripe in his descriptors, and he would not use them now.

We did it together and ended up with: Complex, pure, elegant, bright, and long

This took a good half hour, but a fun exercise. Yours?
