Taste Buds and Molecules, The Art of Food, Wine, and Flavor by Francois Chartier

This book really opened my eyes to different pairings of food flavors and wine pairings with food. I highly recommend the book.

Ditto on this one. Loving it. Brilliance. Will have you reaching for Bandol.

Third on anything written by fellow Michigander Jim Harrison! Also you might pick up Cork Dork easy summer read which I enjoyed.

Thanks, Mark. There is little I like reading as much as Jim Harrison’s stuff.

Nick, this has got to be right up your alley. Did you read his “The Raw and the Cooked?” If not, it is just what you are looking for.
