Massachusetts Wine Shipping Alert

Now is the time for Massachusetts wine lovers to get in the game.

A Massachusetts wine shipping bill, HB 3891, would allow shipments from out-of-state wine retailers into the state, finishing the job that was started in 2014 when the winery shipping bill was passed.

The bill is currently in the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and the Committee has until February 7 to pass the bill out of Committee for votes by all the lawmakers, or to kill the bill.

ALL MASSACHUSETTS WINE LOVERS NEED TO SEND EMAILS TO THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ASKING THEM TO SUPPORT HB 3891. YOU CAN DO THAT HERE:

https://account.votility.com/enterprise/NAWR/ec/358

It literally takes 30 seconds to send the email to every member of the committee.

If you live in MA, please send the email. If you know a wine lover in MA, send them the link.

Thanks!!
