Yup…that is actually quite an interesting and thought-provoking article.
Since I have followed Randall from the very start, those labels are all part of my collection.
What struck me was the huge amount of thought and the subtlety that was contained in those labels.
The guy, actually, is a genius…though he often likes to play the roll of the buffoon.

Thanks for posting the link Kim. What a great and informative read. I have tried many/most of the wines that were in the article and have many fond memories of those. Echoing Tom I never realized the extent of the thought that went into the labels. I always liked the first labels as I thought they were pretty classic so it was nice to see the background story on those.

I still have my Cardinal Zin t-shirt. Too bad it got discontinued.
