This is a pretty big, burly bourgogne, pretty characteristic of the 2015 vintage.
Dark purple in the glass, there are very nice notes of currants and earth on the nose with very generous palate with fresh, lively acidity. Not overly complex but surprisingly elegant and well integrated. Nice wine for $30.
