Burgundy or Bordeaux, which is better?

An article in the Telegraph last summer rated the two areas in a number of categories, including food and wine. They say it’s a tie. Free but may require registration:

Bordeaux and Burgundy both scored 39/50 points.
Equivalent to an RP 78.
Must not be hedonistic enough.
Obviously neither is worth it.
