2015 Chateau Montelena Estate Cabernet

#1 Post by Chris Atkins » April 29th, 2019, 8:51 pm

Highly attractive saturated crimson color with moderate translucency. Deeply concentrated with excellent precision and class. Offers complex eucalyptus, black tea, and black licorice. Good acidic energy and backbone. Finishes with penetrating black cherry, black raspberry and sweet spice. Lovely Cabernet! 93+

This house has clearly raised the bar with Matt Crafton. The 2016 is next in line and could become an all time classic.
