2011 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru (6/6/2019)
Light yellow color. Some crushed spring herb and lemon notes on the nose. Very cool, lean, mineral essence on the palate. Dumped in decanter and it began to show a richer orchard fruit beneath the structure. Young now with pretty serious density -but almost not quite GC- and a long, persistent finish. Very nice. Sounds bottles could be really good in a few years.
