    An ethereal and engaging nose of rose petals, Hoisin, beef stock and black earth. It is sweet and silky in the mouth, with a core of delicious fruit and all sorts of floral nuance. It has good volume and exquisite balance, fanning out on the finish with plenty of highly perfumed spice.
