2012 David Duband Gevrey-Chambertin - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Gevrey-Chambertin (6/29/2019)
Drinking much better than my last bottle nearly three years ago. It’s showing some real nuance, and a hint of earthy/leafy complexity underneath its red fruit. Not the world’s most interesting Burgundy, but a very enjoyable, mid-weight drink that was fun to sip on while cooking, and was also a fine dinner companion.
