TN: Happy 4th with 2015 Bedrock Nervo

Paired with a grass-fed and -finished ribeye.

Pretty perfume of black cherry, raspberry and blueberry. A hint of stock and dry-agey beef funk.

Juicy. sappy red and dark fruit. Tannins are buried in the wine’s texture. Rich flavor, but a wine of elegance and finesse. Balanced in the way these unique old vine blends can be (and usually are with this crew).

Drinking beautifully now, but no need to rush.
