Could someone more in the know than me fill me in on who the winemaker was for the vintage being released next week for Outpost? Did TRB make these wines and the others to be released later this year?
I really have enjoyed all of the wines I’ve had from Outpost that he has crafted. Sure they sold out and it appears a minor price increase this year but I’d be interested in purchasing if TRB is still at the winemaking helm.

Yes these are definitely TRB wines. Part of the deal when the winery was sold last year, is that he stays on as winemaker for 3 years. Perhaps at some point they extend it if they are wise.
Still TRB. Had a tasting there in March and noted the price increase on the Cabernet release with them. They are aware of price sensitivity but its no surprise new owners want to make some money back on the purchase by raising prices. Hopefully it doesn’t continue to inch up in price.
