Contacting Vinfolio

I tried to contact Vinfolio last week and again today regarding shipping some bottles.
Have not gotten any response from voicemail or email.
Is this related to the power outage?
I thought it affected Napa (or was it only Sonoma) but shouldn’t have affected SF.
Hmmm.
Anyone had any better luck than I have had?
I assume I am just being impatient, but after being slightly singed by Premier Cru perhaps I am just being unduly alarmed…or paranoid.

I received a phone call today from one of the customer service rep who sends me offers, apologizing for the delay in anyone responding to me.
She said that the shipping dept. has been slammed getting orders shipped out, though she stated that that was no excuse, and that she had already contacted them on my behalf.
I was just being paranoid.
Never mind.

They are well capitalized with good leadership. You have nothing too worry about. And you realized that.

Maybe, but their infrastructure and order fulfillment at their warehouse leaves much to be desired.
