2010 Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand Savagnin Arbois Pupillin - France, Jura, Arbois Pupillin (10/27/2019)
Typical Vin Jaune style deriving from aging Savagnin in partially empty barrels covered under a layer of flor which results to a sherry style wine from the Jura region. This is no exception. Rich deep golden colour with a nose of unripe walnut and seabreeze. Medium full body with bursting but not over powering acidity and a mouthwatering and lip smacking finish. Can easily stand up to creamy poultry dishes, less aromatic kind of cheese or severed by itself. (91 pts.)
