TN: 2016 Domaine Robert Chevillon Nuits St. Georges Vieilles Vignes

Great floral lift to the aroma coupled with pristine red berry fruit. It is a delicious, highly perfumed wine of silky texture and good depth for its level. The finish fans out and length of flavour and balance are excellent. Absolutely delicious.

Maybe better in its youth these days. Found the 10’ seemed past its prime on a couple occasions in recent years.

Any experience with the '12?

Jeremy, you’ve been drinking quite a few of these Chevillons lately! Got me to open my '02 Vaucrains a couple weeks ago…

Think I bought the cru’s only in 12’ but I’d encourage you to crack one if you have some.

Back in 2017 had a 2007 VV and found it, too, absolutely delicious!

sounds excellent and approachable.

Gonna crack one tomm. Hopefully better than the rion over the last couple days.

That was woefully surprising, I bet.
