2013 Tranche Cellars Sangiovese Estate Blue Mountain Vineyard - USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley (1/3/2020)
Dark red with a bramble, gravel nose. Dry, lightly tart with chewy tannins. Some have commented that WA does not do justice to Sangio, but I find the WA version to be some the best liking to my palate. earthy with nice round fruit. Night two, lovely acid and fruit balance. A little blueberries and some red plumbs. Raise you one. (92 pts.)
