I would have liked to see them offer some sort of alternate pickup option for later in the year, even if drive thru or something.

This is truly a shame. I have attended this event for the past ten years. I feel sorry for all the other wineries, restaurants, B&B’s, Uber Drivers that will lose out because of this.
Yes that is a good point to make. So much of that weekend is because of Cayuse – without it, it will be much slower, even though at the moment it looks like some of the other wineries are going ahead with their weekend plans. I think Cayuse draws a more national crowd, which may have entered into their thinking.
