Had 2012 Vaillons at Wild Ginger a couple weeks ago, fantastic wine, great energy. Felt like stealing for $100 on list.
Totally agree. I had a bottle of the 10 Vaillons recently and it was insanely good. 12 Vaillons a darn good wine too.

I’ve posted so much premox stuff–it’s nice to see a run of healthy wine reports. The wines are really good when on.
Had the 2010 Forest a week ago. Textbook Chablis – the nose and taste of this wine are in the dictionary next to Chablis (were such a dictionary to exist). Wonderful, some maturity but a long way to go.
Had a 17 Vaillons in November down in Loreto MX with some fresh fish I caught prepared as ceviche and fish tacos. It was all great. I expect it to shut down soon and will hold my other two bottles for several years
