Had a hankering for Sushi last night so needed some bubbles for it and grabbed this. Great nose of lemon curd and green apple, bright zippy acidity that pairs well with various sashimi and sushi. Really good deal for $50.
60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir.
