Bright red berries with underlying notes of rare meat. Haunting mid-length finish. On day two the acidity takes over and it becomes a bit sour.
Very good wine.

Howdy Jay, always found this producer to be a very good value regardless of bottling. First experienced at CSW but more widely found these days, not that I find it (but not looking for much these days). Barou flies mostly under the radar, maybe it’s because the prices are so fair no one thinks they can be good.
