We opened this with sushi tonight for our date-night. A pale yellow in the glass, scents of kiwi & green apples. There is a lovely tension on the palate as flavors of white peach, yellow apple, and honeydew melon. To be honest, these words and what I’m writing will not do this wine justice. This is so bright, juicy, and vibrant…I’m kicking myself for not buying more. Outstanding!!!
