Medium yellow color.
Honey and clover. Sensations of honeycomb/waxy tones. lush pears on the front. undertones of tropical fruits. lychee ,coconut and pineapple. The nose is mainly honey and mineral with pears next level of perception. This is not flamboyant but restrained tropicality.
The palate screams energy and thrust. The acidity is moderate but it carries through to a focused finish deep in the mouth. melons and pears on the palate dominate. Plenty of structure with body and heft to grow over years to come.
First taste in some time.
