Day 1: Sour berries, chalk, coffee beans, floral and dark chocolate. A bit different than the other bottles but still solid. 89 points
Day 2: A bit better. Blueberries, coffee beans, dark chocolate and floral notes. The chalkiness has dissipated. Solid overall. 90 points
Day 3: This really has improved on day 3 and has a long life ahead of it. Black pepper, blueberries, coffee beans, dark chocolate and boysenberries. Medium to long finish and complex wine. 92 points
Recommendation: Hold or drink over 3 days! (92 pts.)
