Taco Bell Jalapeño Noir

Proof that 2020 is the gift that keeps on giving, Taco Bell now has wine. In Canada.

Sean Sydney, we expect tasting notes.

I commit to doing my best to find, drink, and provide a TN for Jalapeño Noir.

(Via google, I found who is making the wine, and I have never heard of them. My hopes are not high.)

Tastes bad today and burns tomorrow

Talk about a reminder of my early 20s…

I would only drink it if you could buy it from the soda fountain.

Only in Canada… what a tease.

Does this mean they think Canadians have worse taste than Americans?

They earned the rep with their clothing.

Maybe it’ll be available on eBay like the Mc D’s limited edition special sauce

I hear it’s only available in the finer areas of Toronto, like Scarborough.

This news brings me great hope. I have always wanted a same-branded wine that pairs perfectly with a Big Mac and call it the “Really Effing Happy Meal!”

Although, there could be some issues to work out with MacDonald Winery. [cheers.gif] [cheers.gif]

First Snoop Dogg, now Taco Bell. What next?

Insane Clown Pouilly?

Primitivo Radio Gods?

Rhone Justice?

The Gamay?

Tommy Bolin’s Sweet Burgundy.

Rico Soave!

Oldie: Herman’s Hermitage.

Haven’t had Taco Bell in forever, but I’d buy it. Would make a fun gift!

Blind Melon de Bourgogne

Mötley Crüe Bourgeois

Emerson, Lake & Pahlmeyer

Oldie: Vinny Albarino

Patrick! Perfection.

I always think its so classy when people get the little umlauts over the letters.

I suspect the reason it isn’t sold in the U.S. locations is because they would then have to apply for liquor licenses.

But as to the wine itself - if you’re going to eat at Taco Bell in the first place then you’re not expecting anything great so why should the wine be any different? Just another marketing gimmick.

Spicy green pepper notes. Yum!

Mmmm, spicy green hatch chiles.
