In searching out for some Kirsch, I found articles on Westford Hills, a domestic eau de vie producer.
Because they bottle in 200ml size, their eau de vie’s can sometimes be had for less than $20. Found great reviews of their Kirsch and Poire Williams. They also have a 10 year apple brandy, has anyone had this or the eau de vies? Thanks in advance!
