A deep and dense wine that is compact and unyielding for now. There’s a hint of bergamot and ripe peach. It is sappy and voluminous and has Perrieres’ streak of minerality. Needs a bit of cellar time to relax.

My preference is for the '17 at this stage Alan. I reckon the '18 will reveal plenty though. This bottling from Bouchard is always relatively good value.
