Just opened the 1/2 bottle 30 minutes ago. The wine is 100% sound and correct. Balance is spot on. Needs time to unfurl. Will check in again after about 4 hours.

Opened a 97 the other night. Have a couple of 2000’s still sitting.
Did the 97 need some air? Somehow I ended up with only one 97 and it will be popped this Christmas. Then its onto the 2000’s+ for me too. Cheers!

Going on four hours since I opened it. Laura says “ yum.” It’s surprisingly medium versus full bodied. Balance, balance, balance. It’s worth opening a bottle now, as it’s just so drinkable. The balance suggests it’s likely to be immortal.
