  • 1995 Remoissenet Père et Fils Le Montrachet - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Montrachet Grand Cru (12/13/2020)
    Wow! Beautiful rich, ripe pineapple color. Intoxicating nose of Stilton and soft rind cheese, oak, spiced syrup peaches, apricots, crystallized ginger and cardamom. Apricot and exotic sweet spice on the palate with extraordinary precision. As another noted, this wine does better as it warms towards room temp - not too chilled. Amazing wine. (96 pts.)
