NYE wines:
- Bara was in a beautiful place, which it has not always been. Apple, brioche, lovely balance, not too sweet, long finish.
- The Margaux came by way of a cellar that was handed off to us. It was surprisingly good. Plum core remained, albeit it melds almost immediately with white mushroom, tobacco–furls around the tongue for a tangy, compelling finish. Mindblowingly drinkeable, classic Bordeaux.
