Can anyone pm all registered users on this board? I don't know a thing about website programming, but that seems less than ideal. I didn't even know that pm'ing EVERYONE was possible, other than by board admin, but if possible it should probably be restricted to registered users of a certain minimum time, minimum posts, etc - if possible.

Locking this one, too. I immediately banned the user, but had to make the group public to send out BerserkerDay announcements - I just forgot to shut it back down. Need to open it back up on the 27th, then shut it back down since these jerks take advantage of it
