A touch of struck match to the aroma along with white peach and preserved lemon fruits. It has good volume in the mouth, with a suggestion of almond butter and a fine line of minerally acidity. It is thoroughly enjoyable, punching above its weight with loads of chalky dry extract to the back-end.
