TN: 2002 Donnhoff Oberhauser Brucke Riesling Spatlese

Of course this is my last bottle and the best showing thus far! Super spongy cork, but Durant extracted it perfectly. Color much less golden than I would have guessed. Any concerns about acidity being lost at this age allayed by first sniff–PLENTY of spine left here. Kaleidoscope aromas of flowers, peach, and lemon zest on the nose and palate. Vibrant, juicy acidity keeping everything in check. To me a perfect spot of maturity. Going to match this up with my bourbon glazed ham and Easter sides.
