TN: 2018 Henri & Gilles Buisson Bourgogne Blanc

I think this is purchased fruit, but don’t quote me.

Attractive aroma of lemon oil, a bit of lime, and almond skin on the nose. Perhaps a bit of sea spray, too; the wine just smells fresh as a daisy. Not deep or
complex, but a nice medium body and gliding texture finishes with a heck of a citrusy zing and just a hint of flintiness. Not much more you could ask from a basic Bourgogne blanc, and it’s got me excited to open my bottles of Saint-Romain Pèrriere & Sous la Velle.
