I Had Krug 168 EME For The First Time Today.......

And found it to be eerily similar to the 164 eme. This is not a criticism, because I love the 164 eme. But when it was released I put forth the proposition that perhaps there was the beginning of a stylistic shift for Krug. I have not had the 165, 166, or the 167 eme’s, so I can’t say for certain. But I don’t think that the 2008 vintage and 2012 vintage are so similar that it would account for these two Grande Cuvées being so like one another.

i think they both have really pure white fruit and clean acidity. Which isn’t in 65/66/67

today for the first time or the first time today?
