TN - 2017 Flowers Chardonnay

This Chardonnay was hitting all the right notes for my palate…very Rombauer like. Nice balance of fruit and acidity, with tertiary notes and nicely integrated sweet oak. Showed stone fruit, honey and lemon on the nose with dried straw and hints of buttered toast. The palate showed plenty of pear, ripe apple, hay, Meyers Lemon, and a long finish of butterscotch, chalk and poached pear. This is right up my alley! 93 for me and a very good QPR!
