How close is Birmingham to you?
Don’t know about delivery or how they’d align to what you’re looking for, but recommend Elie’s or Old Woodward Cellar in Birmingham, Red Wagon in Rochester Hills, Western Market in Ferndale.
Woods is nice
Plum Market. There is one in W Bloomfield and one in Bloomfield Twp. They have a nice selection, good prices, and I believe that they deliver.

I’m not local but have been in Detroit a fair bit for business and have stepped by the “House of Pure Vin” downtown a few times and accidentally ended up crashing a champagne class one night. If you’re downtown, it’s worth a look.
