I was thinking just recently that it’s getting like: As The Wine Forum World Turns!

Forgot to add OCD with adversaries

You left out grammar and puns. Flawed poll.

Talking about whether terroir or letting a wine breathe are real phenomena.

Hearing about spitting techniques.

Prefacing baller tasting notes with ‘it’s all about friends and people…’

But I missed the spitting threads. Do you have links?

Shouldn’t the poll have read “Which of these topics do you least dislike reading threads about?”

I voted for cellar construction. Many of us have built wine cellars and it is very exciting for us. I am more than happy to read about others doing so and answering any questions someone might have (general answer, build bigger). On the contrary, debates about which of the many types of perfectly adequate stemware is best are just a step too far - x spent a fortune of Riedel Sommielier glasses but threw them all away because he now can only drink his wines from Zalto.

For me, my favorite tasting notes are the ones that describe wine as being like black forest cake.
