TN: 2019 Domaine Chanterêves Bourgogne Blanc

2019 Domaine Chanterêves Bourgogne Blanc - France, Burgundy, Bourgogne Blanc (7/17/2021)
A B. Wasserman selection so I’m very intrigued. Pretty tight at first, but eventually opens up with an obvious pineapple aroma. This follows on the very tart and acidic palate. As it gets more air, it starts to round out bringing the very natural flavors to the forefront. Texturally, the wine is delicate and lacey. The flavors linger on the finish. Day two finds this wine at what I would say is well balanced. Beautifully integrated flavors and structure. With more fruit depth and complexity, this would be a stellar wine.
