Last of three bottles and I think I caught these at the right time over the past year. Still drinking well, but at some point, it’s just time to drink up. Good wines from Hermann Ludes, the ex-cellar stuff has been a treat across the board.

As others have said, and in line with my last note: wafting petrol aromas with some apple and pineapple notes. More tart, green apple flavors this time, less overt, sweet fruit. Good acidity, but its fading. It does round out a bit as it warms and airs out. Good wine. Still drinking well for now.
